Operations and Team
We currently operate with three dedicated crews: one fully staffed paving crew, one
grading crew, and one underground utilities crew. GB Paving Ltd. is a locally grown
Surrey-based paving and general contracting construction business with an aggressive
vision for growth and expansion. We believe that we can offer a superior level of
service, quality, and pricing compared to the large, public companies in the paving
market. One of our key advantages is providing unprecedented access and direct
communication with Gurj Boparai, the 100% owner and CEO of GB Paving, something no
large, public company can offer.
Community Impact and Growth
Profits generated from GB Paving Ltd. are reinvested in local growth and spent within
surrounding Lower Mainland cities. GB Paving is incredibly agile and nimble in
completing our workload. We are selective about the projects we choose to bid on and
consistently leverage our strengths to complete projects quickly and efficiently. With
our fully staffed asphalt paving crew, we have the capacity to pave 100K-150K tonnes of
asphalt annually. Additionally, our grading and project management team can manage
approximately two full-sized roadworks construction projects concurrently, each valued
at $5M or more, with additional capacity planned for the future.
Future Plans
We are also planning to start a dedicated civil construction company, GB Construction,
to increase our capacity for larger projects as a General Contractor. We expect the new
construction company to be staffed and ready to procure work in the latter half of 2024.

GB Paving has extensive expertise and experience in providing a wide range of
deliverables. Our capabilities include excavation work of varying sizes, utilizing both
manual and machinery techniques, demolition work, material transport, concrete
installations, civil works such as drainage and conduit installations, landscape
construction, asphalt/concrete repair work, and the installation/removal of concrete
barriers. We are now one of the few paving companies that can complete all paving,
grading, and underground utility works in-house. This capability allows us to offer
better pricing and scheduling outcomes than competitors who rely on utility
subcontractors.

abatement, ensuring comprehensive project compliance and safety. With a proven history
